We feel that to really do PBL well, the best way is to train and invest in the mentor - YOU!  Teach a man to fish and all that. Projects-in-a-box may have a place, but they often restrict the true nature of PBL, where the children are empowered to solve real problems and follow the project's lead - often a predetermined end can jeopardize that.
