Your culture determines EVERYTHING, and while that organic, healthy learning environment looks easy when it's working, it takes a lot of intention to create it! Topics we may cover include project-based learning, mentoring the mentors, establishing rhythms that flow, balancing student-led with structure, restorative practices for classroom management, leading Socratic discussions, how to structure your time, and so much more! We love brainstorming, problem-solving, and getting into the nitty gritty with you!
